Do I have to be a leader to sign up to a programme?

You don't have to be a leader, but be willing to make the necessary changes to become a high performer

Do I have to be a professional athlete to qualify for a programme?

No…professional or amateur is not important as long as your ambitions match ours.

How much time is required per week in a programme?

The standard minimum programme is 12 weeks long. When we work one-on-one we will have at least one hour session (mainly online) per week. The work and focus you will put in between those depends on your goal and time.

What is the recommended programme for sports teams and athletes?

We recommend sports teams and athletes to start work with us in pre season and all the way through to the end of the season.

Why is this programme different?

Our programme is different because we look at performance from a complete perspective.

What is neuroscience?

Neuroscience in high performance is about understanding the science behind ultimate human performance, where the focus is more on the drivers to succeed and knowing the blockers to perform effortlessly.

What is the testing and how is it different from my normal blood draw from my MD?

Our test is specific and from that we are able to create an individual plan for optimization. DNA analysis, Organic acids, hormone analysis and intolerances. Our lab tests are not used by the public health system. They have been used by private medicine and healthcare professionals for over 15 years.

What is biochemistry?

Biochemistry is the combination of factors that will influence your biology, such as what food you eat, how you sleep, cope with stress, hormonal changes and recovery etc.

What is mental training?

It is a proactive form of creating the mindset to achieve one's goals and eliminate pre-programmed limitations.

How is mental training different from sports psychology?

Sportspsychology tends to focus on reactive behaviors, i.e after the problem has arisen, rather than proactive behavior that mental training focuses on.

Why is high performance coaching necessary for individuals?

If you want to excel at a high level consistently, or get to the next level of your ambitions without any risk of burnout or getting stuck, you will need the necessary tools specific to you to achieve this.

Why is high performance coaching necessary for group work?

To achieve high performing group work there needs to be a clear focus and goal that can be centered on . Achieving levels of group flow can only be achieved by triggering key points and helping people to understand what can be achieved as individuals and in group context. Simply giving individuals a target or project without knowing their internal and external drivers for motivation, will limit the chances of a project or target goal being achieved as well as possible.

When do you consider yourself a high performer?

Being a high performer is not a goal in itself but about creating a path to get there. It's about having ambitions to develop and being able to maintain a balance in achieving those goals. In addition, it's about staying focused on all the important elements in one's life in order to be totally fulfilled.

Do you just offer DNA testing without the 12 week programme?

We consider DNA analysis important for the foundation of creating a unique individual plan, however we offer DNA testing packages with a comprehensive individualized plan.

What's the benefit of DNA testing?

By knowing your personal DNA you will have the information for what obstacles to navigate around and where you can optimize your mental and physical performance. In addition due to it being a genetic testing it only needs to be taken once.

Does this interfere with my training at my club or franchise?

No, our training is totally complementary to what you do at your club, it is giving you more information to become a better athlete. Our specific style of mental training, testing and individualized neurochemistry focus is totally unique and will not be taking place within your sports team.

Im mentally strong, why do I need mental training?

Every athlete or high performer is mentally strong. The notion of mentally weak athletes is something we strongly disagree with. To have got as far as being professional is a sign of this. What we do is focus on making the mind even stronger, even more resilient, as well as help identify clear goals in the short, medium and long term as well as clear north star goals. It's about understanding how your individual neurochemistry and mind works so you can make it work even better for you.
