Alignment creates power
ALIGNMENT CREATES POWER
Performance Coherence Specialist. I work with high-performers who’ve tried everything— therapy, coaching, training programs, mindset work—and still feel exhausted, unfocused, or out of sync with themselves. The reason? You’ve been optimizing parts of a system that only works when all the parts align: your biology, your nervous system, your identity, and your environment. That alignment is called coherence. And restoring it is what I do.
“Private performance refinement through neurobiology, biology, and genetic decoding”.
Clarity under pressure
You’re Doing Everything Right. So Why Do You Still Feel Wrong? The training plans. The therapy. The mindset work. The optimization protocols. You’ve tried it all. And something fundamental still feels off. That’s because what you’re experiencing isn’t a discipline problem. It’s a coherence problem. And coherence is what I’ve spent 15 years learning to restor — from the biology up.
“My work identifies and corrects that misalignment, restoring your natural efficiency, mental clarity, and physical precision — without overhauls or extremes”.

My Approach
As a Performance Coherence Specialist, I work with the full biological architecture — not just behaviour or mindset.
Every person has a biological architecture — a genetic code that dictates how they process stress, regulate neurotransmitters, and sustain performance under pressure.
By decoding this blueprint, we identify your natural strengths and vulnerabilities:
- How your brain fuels under cognitive load.
- How your hormones modulate drive, recovery, and decision clarity.
- How your nervous system calibrates between focus and calm.
From there, we design your Performance Protocol — precise nutrition, supplementation, identity matched biology and circadian strategies to bring your biology back into full coherence with your ambitions.
- Biology before mindset
- Precision over intensity
- Performance through coherence
- Genetic intelligence applied
- Neurobiology meets leadership
- Recalibrate your system

THE PROBLEM WITH FRAGMENTED PERFORMANCE
For decades, we’ve been taught to optimize ourselves in pieces:
• Mind over here (psychology)
• Body over there (physiology)
• Mindset separate from biology
• Culture separate from nervous systems
• Performance separate from the human carrying it
But humans don’t work in pieces. We work as systems.
And when biology, regulation, identity, and environment fall out of alignment, you don’t just
underperform. You fragment.
COHERENCE is the framework that brings it all back together—not through more optimization,
but through systemic alignment.
Because you can’t think your way out of mitochondrial dysfunction.
You can’t mindset your way past HPA axis exhaustion.
You can’t culture your way out of a dysregulated nervous system.
Performance doesn’t begin with psychology. It begins with biology. And it builds from there.

WHO I WORK WITH
WHO THIS IS FOR
I work with high-performers who’ve hit a wall no amount of “mindset work” can break
through.
You might be:
- An athlete who trains with precision, recovers with discipline, and still can”t explain why consistency breaks down under pressure — because no one has looked at the biology behind it
• An executive optimizing everything but still waking up exhausted
• A leader whose team is “checked out”—but the problem isn’t culture, it’s biology
• Anyone who’s tried therapy, coaching, programs… and they helped, but didn’t solve it
What you have in common: You’re done with surface-level fixes. You’re ready to address the actual system.
“That is where my work lives. I don’t work with people who need motivation”.
Nervous system mastery
For more than a decade, I have been working quietly behind the scenes of high performance — translating what the body and brain are actually saying. I combine advanced genetic decoding, biological mapping, and neurochemical analysis to uncover the hidden patterns shaping how a person thinks, recovers, leads, and endures.
“Not in theory. In reality. Under pressure. Over time. What emerges is not just data — but self-understanding. And from self-understanding comes precision”.
Calm is competitive
I have seen people regain clarity they thought they had lost forever.
Sleep return. Focus stabilize. Anxiety dissolve. Drive return — not as force, but as flow. Performance becomes something they no longer chase… it becomes something they *embody* again.
My background spans performance science, nutrigenomics, hormonal health, and neurobiology, but the most important part of my work is not my education — it is my ability to see the whole person. Not just the athlete, the founder, or the leader. The human beneath the role.
“That is where true change happens”.
Data-driven excellence
I work with people who carry responsibility, influence, and pressure — often in silence. Founders, executives, investors, elite athletes. People the world depends on — and who rarely allow themselves to stop and listen to their own system.
“My role is not to push them harder. My role is to bring them back into coherence”.

WHY I DO THIS WORK
Fifteen years ago, I collapsed. Not because I lacked discipline. Not because I wasn’t trying hard enough. But because the biology that carries the mind, the identity that carries the person, and the environment that shapes both had drifted completely out of alignment. I was living the “perfect” performance life—training, nutrition, mindset, all of it—and my system still broke. Completely. That collapse forced ten months of tillness. And in that stillness, I realised something: You cannot outthink biology.
You cannot outperform misalignment. You cannot achieve coherence through behaviour alone. So I rebuilt myself from the inside out. Not through more optimisation. Through systemic integration. That process became the Coherence Model. And for the past 15 years, I’ve been translating it into practice— testing hundreds of elite athletes across NFL, Premier League, NCAA, MLB; working with C-suite executives navigating burnout and transition; and developing the biological assessment protocols that make invisible dysfunction visible. This isn’t theory. It’s the framework I used to rebuild my own system— and the one I now use to help others rebuild theirs.
“The future of high performance is not about doing more. It is about becoming more coherent. And that is the work I am here to hold.”
