The hummel training concept (HTC)
The Hummel Training Concept is the first of its kind training concept designed by Dorthe Hummel and master trainer Giles Picciotto from London.
Combining decades of research into human optimization, physical conditioning and peak performance, HTC has taken this research and applied it to current day lifestyle demands.
HTC has been designed with the simple focus to make every single person feel fitter, stronger and more flexible while at the same time factoring modern life problems such as stress and anxiety as well as busy schedules.
Combining ancient theories of calisthenics and yoga as well as kettlebell work, each unique class lasts 45 mins and will have you feeling more in tune with your body while also not exhausting it. This is a complete training concept that doesn't just work to physical needs, but also mixes in both recovery and relaxation techniques that will help you feel both stronger and calmer .
One of the biggest problems in training currently is most thinking focusses only on classic physical training with tendency to exhaust the body. We believe this isn't a good way to live for 99% of people.
